This page explains what personal information is collected through the Introduction to Artistic Gaze workshop website, why it is used and what choices you have.
Tatiana Johnson is responsible for the personal information collected for this workshop. For privacy questions or requests, email studio@tatianajohnson.com.
When you register, the form collects your name, email address, country or time zone, and anything you choose to write about your interest in the workshop. Basic technical information, such as an IP address and browser data, may also be processed when you visit or submit the form.
Your information is used only to review and respond to your registration, organise the workshop, send practical information, manage payment and places, and keep the form and website secure. It is not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Form submissions are handled and stored by Formspree, which sends Tatiana Johnson a notification when a registration is received. Payments are completed on PayPal, which processes payment and transaction information under its own privacy and security arrangements. The website is hosted using Netlify. These providers may process technical, registration or payment data, including outside Switzerland or your country of residence.
Registration information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to administer the workshop, respond to participants, resolve follow-up matters, and meet applicable legal or accounting requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted from Tatiana’s records and the Formspree submission archive.
Information is processed as needed to take steps at your request and provide the workshop, to meet legal obligations, and for legitimate interests such as workshop administration and website security. Where consent is the appropriate basis, you may withdraw it for future processing by contacting Tatiana.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email studio@tatianajohnson.com to make a request. You may also have the right to contact your local data-protection authority.
No advertising or analytics cookies are configured by Tatiana on this website. The hosting and access services may use strictly necessary technologies to operate and secure the site. This policy may be updated if the website or registration process changes; the effective date above will show the latest revision.
